Adopt One Acre Tea Plantation — A tea brand with a user-participation crowdfunding tea garden & resort. Co-managed the Wuyishan Tea Garden program and built brand storytelling and engagement. As a KOL, co-launched the crowdfunding, raising £40,000 (≈RMB 360k) in seven days and scaling to 4,000+ contracted tea-garden owners, boosting exposure and paving the way for overseas entry; the teas are now gaining strong traction in Malaysia and South Korea.

Built the 0-to-1 go-to-market for China and overseas, including global strategy, offline PR activations—with trilingual (EN/ZH/KR) hosting for its B2B supply-chain direct-procurement launch—and cross-border livestream campaigns. Centered on the themed public-interest event “Shaya County Agro-Cultural-Tourism Integration & Industry Promotion,” we designed and executed a bilingual livestream roadshow showcasing Shaya’s signature products—walnuts and grey dates (jujubes)—alongside its tourism assets and investment potential. The founder hosted in Mandarin and English, engaging local ethnic communities. Aiming to promote consumer poverty alleviation in Meigu County and help its good products go global, the activity features the CEO of Lumos hosting live-streamed sales as a bilingual anchor and KOL, introducing the high-quality products of Meigu County to the global market. The CEO of Lumos wears traditional Yi ethnic clothing, vividly showcasing the intangible cultural heritage and Bimo culture of the Yi people, adding profound cultural connotations to the activity. Focusing on poverty alleviation, public welfare, and women's power, the activity attracts 10,000 views per day on average, with a total exposure of up to 1 million. Delivered high-impact go-to-market and overseas expansion consulting for the fashion sector. Helped ORCHEL build a social media IP from 0, positioning the brand for urban women (25–45). Achieved multi-store expansion in Shanghai’s prime districts, coupled with live commerce and influencer activations; in the overseas sector, formulated cross-border market strategies for it, helping the brand build awareness on overseas social media platforms and explore the layout of international retail channels. Managed a CNY 4M annual budget, driving revenue growth to CNY 5M (+25% YoY). The brand’s physical stores feature elegant layouts, integrating fashion retail with lifestyle experience, further enhancing its appeal to target customers.
Signed in 2025, we provide Phytopharma with China regional brand repositioning, full-platform social media management (Xiaohongshu/Douyin/Weibo), and hierarchical KOL/KOC marketing services. Per the bet agreement, targets include 12K+ Xiaohongshu followers and 8M+ cross-platform impressions by 2026, supporting the brand to deepen its presence in China's health market and achieve business breakthroughs.

Provided market entry consulting for Swiss high-end medical aesthetic brand Summit, and planned & executed "Summit Asia Headquarters Opening Event" and "Saimi TCM Department Grand Opening Event". The latter partnered with Professor Shen Weidong, representative inheritor of Shanghai intangible cultural heritage "Yang's Acupuncture" and chief physician of Shuguang Hospital's Acupuncture Department, to create an "East-West Integration" innovative model. At the 6th China International Import Expo (CIIE) in 2023, GEA, a century-old German brand, made its debut on this international stage. Lumos provided comprehensive event support for it: The CEO of Lumos, as a professional bilingual host, participated in GEA's CIIE activities throughout the process, including important links such as the signing ceremony. With excellent cross-language communication skills, she built an efficient international communication bridge for the brand.
